A Space Opera is the subtitle of this (double-) CD…and what a space opera this is !! Without doubt one of the best releases of this year and by far the best Ayreon CD so far ! The personnel: Fish (ex-Marillion), Damian Wilson (ex-Landmarq, ex-Treshold), Sharon den Adel (Within Temptation), Anneke van Giersbergen (The Gathering), Edwin Balogh (ex-Omega), Edward Reekers (ex-Kayak), Jay van Feggelen (ex-Bodine) are singing the several characters in the story. Musicians are: Ed Warby (Gorefest/drums), Robby Valentine (piano/keys), Clive Nolan (Arena,Pendragon,Shadowland/keys), Ton Scherpenzeel (ex-Camel,ex-Kayak/keys), Thijs van Leer (ex-Focus/flute) and many, many more ! Great music, great lyrics, great vocals!! A MUST HAVE FOR EVERY PROGROCK FAN!! Btw although this is a double CD it is supposed to be sold as a single CD!!!
