You don't need an account to pay through paypal; you can make a credit card only payment. Paypal is free, easy and secure!

It does happen that a Paypal payment is reversed, because Paypal screens for fraudulent users frequently. If this happens, your order can't be processed. You will have to select another payment option. I will inform you when this happens.
BANKTRANSFER
If you don't have a credit card (or you can't use Paypal in the country where you live) you can order through bank transfer.
BUT beware that in most countries you are charged a transfer fee.

Send an email to store AT arjenlucassen DOT com with your address and your order. I will total up the amount of your order (including shipping), and let you know the cost. You can then decide whether you want to place your order. Nothing will be shipped until your money has been received.
CASH
The least secure option (and only if all else fails) is to send cash in an envelope (registered mail).
For this option however, I can only receive EUROS and US DOLLARS (bills only, no coins).

Note that I cannot be held responsible for cash that gets lost in the mail, and recommend for your own protection that all cash be sent registered priority mail.
