COSTS
Normally we ship your order by standard air mail. Note that we cannot be held responsible for orders that do not reach their destination. If you would prefer registered email and insurance, please email Lori at store AT arjenlucassen DOT com for rates to your destination.
Standard airmail shipping and handling costs depend on the amount you spend. Unless otherwise noted, this amount will be added during check-out:
up to € 15, shipping & handling is € 4
€ 16 to € 23 , shipping & handling is € 5
€ 24 to € 30 , shipping & handling is € 7
€ 31 to € 49 , shipping & handling is € 8
€ 50 and up, shipping & handling is € 10
DELIVERY
The store ships worldwide. As long as a product is in stock, we send orders as soon as possible after we receive your payment.
However, if an item is not in stock, we will inform you of the waiting period for the item to be shipped. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to refund your purchase.
- For orders in the Netherlands, allow up to 3 days for delivery, from the moment you received your shipping confirmation.
- For orders in Europe, allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, from the moment you received your shipping confirmation.
- For orders outside Europe, allow up to 5 weeks of delivery, from the moment you received your shipping confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, send an email as soon as possible to store AT arjenlucassen DOT com, and we will refund you immediately provided it has not already been shipped.
Once an order has shipped (you will have received a shipping confirmation), it can't be cancelled.
